From 10th – 12th October 2017, Tailor Maid Communications (TMC) hosted media appointments in Sydney with Desiree Stordahl, Paula’s Choice Senior Research and Education Manager.
Desiree visited Australia to present a number of new product launches, and to prescribe a personalised skincare regime for each attendee. Appointments were attended by 22 key media and influencers including Byrdie, Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Grazia, Gritty Pretty, InStyle, marie claire, Sunday Life and Vogue. Meeting Desiree provided media with the opportunity to gain invaluable insight into the Paula’s Choice brand, products and messaging – and enabled attendees to obtain quotes first-hand for upcoming features.
On the final day following the media appointments, Desiree filmed localised content with the TMC social team in a selection of well-known and recognised Sydney locations including Hyde Park and Café Sydney, overlooking the Harbour Bridge.
Following the completion of content filming, Desiree, alongside influencer Gem K Watts, hosted a Facebook Live on the AU page. The pair were able to answer questions from Paula’s Choice fans in real time, discussing a variety of skincare topics with a glass of bubbles in hand!
Overall, Desiree’s visit was extremely successful, building strong relationships with Australian beauty media and creating a bank of social content to be utilised across the Instagram and Facebook AU channels.
